Is Sacred Mirror Oracle the same as tarot? 

No. Sacred Mirror Oracle is not a tarot deck.

Tarot follows a traditional structure with suits, major and minor arcana, and established meanings. Sacred Mirror Oracle has its own structure, language, and spiritual framework.

Are all of the figures in Sacred Mirror Oracle original? 

Most are. Sacred Mirror Oracle includes 58 original deities and archetypal guides created within the Sacred Mirror world. Two figures are respectfully drawn from the Yoruba Orisha tradition and included because of their personal and spiritual significance to the creator. The deck does not attempt to teach or represent the full, exact Yoruba spiritual tradition.

What are the six circles in the deck?

Orders generally ship within 2–3 business days via UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the package is received.

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at talasi@sacredmirrororacle.com with your order number and updated shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at talasi@sacredmirrororacle.com.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address before it leaves our care.

Once an order has shipped, Sacred Mirror Oracle is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If the package is returned to us, we may be able to reship it to the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

What is your return policy?

Because Sacred Mirror Oracle is a printed deck and guidebook set intended for personal reflection and repeated handling, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I return an opened deck?

Opened decks are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

This helps us maintain product quality and ensures that every customer receives a new, complete, and carefully handled deck.

What if my deck arrives damaged?

If your deck arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at talasi@sacredmirrororacle.com. 

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or another resolution.

What if something is missing from my order?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item.

We will review the order and help make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return if the item is unused, unopened, and eligible under the return policy.

What if my package says delivered, but I did not receive it?

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building office, mailroom, or local carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the situation. Sacred Mirror Oracle is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to support you in next steps.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Is this deck for fortune telling?

No. Sacred Mirror Oracle was not created as a fortune-telling tool. It was created as a mirror.

The purpose of this deck is to support reflection, self-awareness, emotional honesty, and personal discernment. You may use it to explore a question, clarify what you are feeling, or reconnect with your own inner knowing.
